I have times when i feel off balance and my ears are very sensitive to vibration (even the fan running). is this from fluid? sensitive to noise too.

Inner vs middle ear: If you had fluid in your middle ear, the biggest complaint would be hearing loss and ear pain, and seldom balance problems or noise sensitivity. The inner ear houses the balance organ, and when fluid pressure builds here, balance is affected & loud and vibratory sounds can be painful. You can be evaluated for both middle and inner ear problems and have your balance assessed by an otolaryngologist.
