Fluid in ear: You are experiencing symptoms of serous otitis media, a condition in which fluid secreted by the mucous membranes of the ear canal which gets trapped behind the ear drum. This is caused by swollen membranes in the sinuses and eustachian tube which block the drainage of the fluid into the mouth. Prescription nasal steroids can clear this condition. Seek medical attention.
