See ENT: See the ENT MD for evaluation. It may be as simple as allergy related symptoms, especially the itchy roof of mouth. You can also get drainage and ear fullness with allergic rhinitis. OTC meds such as Allegra (fexofenadine) and Zyrtec often bring relief. Best to get diagnosis and optimum treatment. Good Luck.
