Fans running?: Hearing your fans running is normal.If you are concerned about how your ears/hearing is functioning, much better to see an ENT doc.

I have genetic hearing loss. Recently I've noticed if I bend over my ears get really muffled even more. Feels like a ton of pressure. I also get severe ear pain when running outdoors (despite temperature or wind) but not indoors. Why might this be?
