Head Trauma: Head Trauma can cause a variety of serious problems. One of which is a break in the blood brain barrier, allowing Cerebrospinal fluid to drain through nose or ear. If you have clear fluid coming from your nose, you should be checked at an emergency department as this could quickly become a life threatening problem.
