Medical oncologist: Depends on where tumor started, as to what options (chemo drugs) may be helpful. Focal radiation treatment can help bone pain. Best approach would be to sit down with medical oncologist to discuss options.

Not sure what your..: ...Question is. If her cancer is spread as you say, i'm afraid she has stage 4, not 2. Seems to me she needs to visit an oncologist right away to discuss therapy options. At least she should be treated for comfort.
