A member asked:

How much cholesterol in a day can i eat if high good level?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Saturated fats: Intake of cholesterol does not necessarily determine blood cholesterol levels. Blood cholesterol levels depend on intake of cholesterol, saturated fats and endogenous synthesis. Generally it is not a good idea to eat more cholesterol than is present in one egg, i.e. About 250 mg.
