Doughtful: It could be a coincident. I believe your plantar fasciitis could have resulted from you guarding your foot by placing the weight mostly on the heel bone and avoiding the area of the insect/animal bite. Hence the fascia swells.

Probably not: What bit you? A person, pit viper, spider, dog, etc. If the bite was causing you to walk differently, this may have set up an acute plantar fascitis condition, but most likely not as a direct result.

Not likely. : If they are at all related, it would likely be due to the way you have been walking. After the bite, if you were in pain, you would have changed your gait to compensate for the irritated area. You may have strained the arch and heel and caused plantar fasciitis to develop. (but most likely they are entirely separate.).
