How is plantar fasciitis (pain in feet) treated?

Plantar Fascitis: Stretch every morning your achilles tendon. Also if you have some spare time during the day stretch some more. Wear shoes with a heel. It will take some of the stresses off the achilles tendon. Also take nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medication. Plantar fascitis can often take a year to treat. Surgery is almost never necessary.

Heel pain: Plantar fascists is treated with injection therapy as needed, taping , and nite splints. Achilles stretching is needed when the achilles is tight . This is followed by custom orthotics . See your podiatrist for the help you seek.
