No single group: There are dozens of subtypes of ovarian cancer. Some are easily cured with excision; some respond magnificently to radiation or chemotherapy after the mass is resected, and for others responses are so-so. Today, everybody working on cancer frontiers pools their work, so there's little to be gained by choosing one group. But you're to be praised for your proactive approach. Good luck.
