Antidepressants: By making neurotransmitters (norepinephrine, serotonin, dopamine) more available in brain by blocking their reuptake. For example, Prozac blocks serotonin reuptake, Cymbalta (duloxetine) blocks serotonin & norepinephrine reuptake.
