How effectively does sam-e complete work for an anti-depressant?

Pretty decent: I have had multiple patients who really were opposed to SSRIs and other prescription medications use Sam-e with pretty good results. I would not recommend this for treatment of a major depression but for the blues that come with life, it is safe and effective.
