In general: Lexapro, (escitalopram)Viibryd, Brintellix, but there's no pat answer because one person may do great on a med that someone else can't tolerate or finds useless--best indicator is if someone in your biological/genetic family is doing great on a drug chances are you will also

Can't take ssri or snri. Is it ok to take .5 ativan (lorazepam) 2x a day for anxiety. I might have to take it long term. Really helps w/sleep. I'm 70 yrs. old.
