No!: Nutella is full of sugar and saturated fat, both leading causes of chronic illness (diabetes, heart disease, etc.). It will not help you lose weight, if that is your goal. Rather, eat whole fresh fruits and vegetables, legumes and some nuts, preferably organic (pesticide-free).
