Yes!: A single cup of pistachios is just a little bit more than 700 cal and has 55+ grams of fat so it's not a low fat or low calorie food. But wow, is this nut loaded with nutrition! so pistachios are a valuable addition to your daily snacks, but better to use unsalted and organic ones.
