Call your doc: You have something wrong that needs a doc to examine you. The fever is concerning for a worsening infection. You need to rule out the infection spreading to your bloodstream, among other things.

Wound sepsis: Need to know , whether you are a diabetic or other poor wound healing coditions like vasculitis conditions - like lupus, steroid dependdency for conditions like emphysema etc. Also need to know the indication for colostomy and hysterectomy. If related to some genital tumour poor wound healing is expected.See ur doc asap as fever and nausea indicate the local wound inf. And risk of infn.Mixing blood.
