No.: Gout is a metabolic disorder, while ANA + is indicative of an autoimmune issue, which may or not be relevant to your health. If you have ANA positivity with gout, there is an unrelated issue! again, gout is a metabolic form of arthritis. If you have a positive ana, it is unrelated and someone in rheumatology or an astute pcp can determine if it is important!
