Hi! my monocytes (absolute) is 1.0 ,12% relative. this test came after i was diagnosed with gout, with puric acid 6.1. is that significant?

Gout: The uric acid of 6.1 is significant but not very elevated. Monocyte count is not relevant to gout, unless gout is secondary to another disease, like neoplasm or infection.
