Diet: Great that u r active. Some suggested food items are; apples, organic beef, omelette, raw kale, lentils, goji berries, wild salmon, buckweat pasta, blueberries, pomegrantes, chiles, quinoa whole grain, sardines, tarragon, avocado, olive oil.
