Celexa (citalopram): At the prescribed doses, yes. Imitrex (sumatriptan) can be used as needed.

Doc is right: There is the precaution that the combo could cause the serotonin syndrome (restlessness etc) since both raise serotonin levels but this is uncommon--i have a number of pts who use both with no problems.
