Causalgia?: Perhaps you have a postop complication affecting the nerve roots or even more distally the brachial plexus (?Parsonage-turner). Several medicines may suppress nerve pain such as gabapentin, pregabalin, tricyclic antidepressants, cymbalta, savella, (milnacipran) even opioids oral or patches (butrans or fentanyl). Might also have updated MRI or emg, as a newer issue may be uncovered.
