How can l get relief from burning nerve pain after a sympathetic operation on one of my left side of my neck?

Meds?: Nerve pain suppressors include gabapentin, lyrica, savella, (milnacipran) cymbalta, and perhaps tricyclic antidepressants, but also oral and patch opioids. Nerve blocks can be considered, and may gain benefit from acupuncture, biofeedback, or exercises. Might consider looking at retesting to make sure of confirmed explanation.
