It can be his reflux: or if he has a cardiac history that has to be ruled out. There's nothing listed on his history, but if the pain continues and is ongoing, seek immediate medical care, ER or Urgent care and get this evaluated! Have an EKG, and have the clinic run cardiac lab work, and make sure it's not a heart attack, or something else cooking. Be careful!
