Good sleep hygiene: 1. Considering you have no medical issues. Keep same sleep-wake cycle. 2. Avoid caffeine after lunch or minimize. 3.Slow deep breathing exercise prior going to sleep and after wake up till fall a sleep as tolerated. 4.Regular exercise & yoga 5. Try sleeping from 10pm to 6am. 6. Eat a good balance meal with lots of fruit, vegetables and high fiber. 7. Daily regular bowel movement.
