Not recommended: Rapid weight loss is not recommended b/c it results in increase weight later. Slow steady weight loss by decreasing 500cal/day will lead to one pound wt loss in a week, exercise and drinking water. Weight loss physicians may be able to prescribe appetite suppressants.
