low cals and carbs: You need a balanced diet low in calories and that depends how much weight you need to loose and how fast and a diet low in carbs, eliminate simple carbs like glucose, fructose and sucrose and limit other carbs.Include whole grains, legumes, fruits and vegetables and limit intake of saturated fats and dont forget exercise regimen.
