Eat Right: For most people, most of the time, a good diet doesn't require you to starve yourself. It's about eating the right things in the right amounts, in which case you could have three solid meals and three snacks a day and not gain weight. So yes, it really is possible. Not for everyone, there are medical exceptions, and if you're interested in a program, consult your doctor.

Sure: I live my life eating healthy and have helped many people learn to eat nutrient rich foods but low in calories. Try to pair your food with protein (plant or animal based) and fruit/veggies if possible. Use alot of spices such as cumin, coriander, garlic, ginger, adobo, soy sauce, stir fry sauce, cilantro (not in any order) to jazz up food. Try different types of foods and then change a few things.

Carboholic.: One way to loose weight is try to keep your carbohydrate intake at a reasonable level. All meals and snacks should involve carb loaded foods. Lower the carbs and lower your weight.
