NO: Mild tr should not cause such symptoms. Further evaluation with a cardiologist or pulmonologist should be undertaken.

Unlikely: Mild tricuspid valve regurgitation is a relatively common finding on echocardiography. In itself, it should not cause difficulty breathing.
