Echo findings: Tricuspid and pulmonary valve regurgitation means that these valve leak blood when they close. Trace or mild regurgitation of these valves can be a normal finding. Atrial septum aneurysm means that the wall between the two upper chambers of the heart, i.e. The atria, is larger than normal or redundant, with moving or bulging towards either side.
