A member asked:

I have pacs and pvcs that are <1%. i also have recae to mild regurgitation of tricuspid, pulmonic and mitral valve. my last echocardiogram was june of 2019 do i need another one?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

These echocardiograhic findings are quite mild as is the frequency of atrial and ventricular irritability. Nevertheless I recommend repeats of the echocardiogram and Holter Monitor as well as an annual EKG to assure lack of worsening of these issues and to monitor QT interval and ventricular voltage. A treadmill stress test evaluates the effect of vigorous exercise on your PAC's& PVC's
