I have frequent pvcs and different space between beats i have been passing out and coming to trying to catch my breath. all four valves are mild regurgitation the dr heard a new murmur also a black spot in middle of heart. what could be causing this?

It is not clear whether the arrhythmias that you are describing would be the cause of your blackouts. We would need to see the actual studies to help determine this. You may need a 24 hour Holter monitor or other tests. You should see a cardiologist for the next steps in your evaluation. Good luck.
