Correct diagnosis?: Tb of the gastrointestinal tract mostly involves the terminal ileum and caecum. If the DX of tuberculosis is correct based on cultures, going forwards the goal should be therapy based on drug sensitivities.

No new regimen: Ripe is the standard. There is a real problem. Ulcers are something else and weight loss indicates that there is a problem that is not fixed. You need to see a specialist asap.
