Temporary swelling: You likely have some temporary swelling causing this issue. It should resolve with a little time. If it does not resolve or worsens, you should see your doctor.

Not at all: Usually the medication used to pretreat your nose doesn't lead to too much inflammation but in your case it sounds as if it has. Your nose should settle down in a day or two. If not contact the ent.
