: It is best that you avoid blowing and definitely not very hard. There is an area where the vessels are superficial and tend to bleed especially if there is dryness. Continue the saline rinse to reduce the dust that could be increasing secretions and you may also try humidifier if you could maintain the need to keep it clean and prevent molds.
