If you begin to lose vision or have double vision, present to an emergency setting for an urgent evaluation. Make sure to take any prescribed decongestants.

Comgestion: It seems you have seen your primary doctor initially for suggestions . There are other nasal steroids that might help besides nasonex, (mometasone) but sometimes combinations of rx like nasal decongestant sprays, oral decongestants, nasal steroids, mucolytics like guaifenesin, ; oral steroids are necessary to alleviate sinus and eustachian tube congestion. The ENT appt is necessary sooner than later.
