See your surgeon: It is difficult to tell what may be going on without an examination. Were all 3 hemorrhoid areas treated? Has a fissure developed? Best to see the surgeon for an examination.

Need: To see your surgeon. If your original bleeding was due to your hemorrhoids, surgery should have resolved it ny now. Either you have developed a fissure from your surgery or there is some other source of bleeding that has yet to be diagnosed. Might consider a second opinion and exam by another colon and rectal surgeon.
