Not unusual: Hemorrhoids recurr all the time and are the most likely source of bleeding in your case.

You need to be check: Have you talked to the dr. Over the phone or have he/she checked you recently? If he/she hasn't checked you recently, he/she should, if he/she has, get a 2nd opinion. If the 2nd opinion says the same, then you have to hang in there. You just have to make sure that everything is ok.

You need follow up: You should be reevaluated by the surgeon to make sure that nothing else is going on. It might be normal to have some discomfort but reevaluation is indicated.
