I am 34. i have rectal bleeding since i was 15. it comes and goes even after i had a surgery. they removed the external hemorrhoid. but lately i have a bleeding. it's been going on for three weeks. bright red blood with no pain even whit gas?

You either have bleeding from internal hemorrhoid (usually painless) or diverticulosis. Base on your medical history and age, the first condition is more likely. However, you should have at least sigmoidoscopy done to rule out other conditions such as polyp or cancer (less likely).
