Not necessarily : There is nothing magical about HIV care. If your gp is comfortable with the meds and you are comfortable with him/her, no real reason to change.

HIV: There are many family physicians who have developed expertise in managing HIV patients. If your gp has been treating you for 10 years and you are doing well, my advice would be to stick with them.
