Lymphadenopathy: Where is the location of the lymphadenopathy? How big it is? Lymphadenopathy can be caused by trauma, infection, inflammation, autoimmune disease, malignancy etc. It depends on the location, the size, symptoms and other result of blood work- oncologist as well as infectious disease deal with lymphadenopathy. If it is located on the neck- need to see ENT to chek head and neck area.
