Lower amount: You could lower the amount of food each time you eat. Walk away from the table and see if you are still hungry. You may need small amounts of food multiple times a day. Experiment to see where the line is for weight loss. At 23 you should be able to lose a pound or more each week. You want slow steady progress so, when you get there, you'll know how much to eat to stay there!
