At home.: Diet is always much easier than exercise. Exercise important but can only burn about 600 cal/ hour. You can eat that much in 30 seconds - so focus needs to be on controlling intake. Remove high caloric content foods from house, replace with low calorie nutritious foods. Buy smaller plates and cups- use them. Have your sig other work with you. Do mild exercise - brisk walking for 1 hour 5x/ wk.
