I have a low gfr high crp and slightly above normal creatine but i have had a chrons flare up, is this kidey failure or kidney infection? thnk you

Kidney weakness: If I have your weight and creatinine i can give you a better answer. But, slight increase may be expected if you have a muscular build ( athletic or body building history). If so, you may actually have normal kidney function despite mildly depressed gfr. High CRP means inflammation somewhere like crohn's. This info does not suggest infection or kiney failure. But chronic kidney disease is possible.
