My uncle is suffering from kidney infection. his creatine level is increased my 18, initially it was 10, 2 yrs back.. any cure avai without dialysis?

Not likely: If your uncle has a creatinine of 18..He has complete (or nearly) renal failure. Even 2 years ago a creatinine of 10 is bad. At this stage..There is no cure without dialysis save a renal transplant.
