Yes: It is possible but what you are decribing is problematic. Two of the most common etiologies of the mass would be infection or endometriosis, but of which could cause significant scarring of the pelvis and fallopian tubes. So you would likely want a full fertility evaluation to get a sens of what is going on. If you truly have a solid unknown mass that ruptured, most doctors would recommend surgery.
