In : In addition to excellent info from dr. Salisbury; you may wish to consider medical acupuncture to assist with fertility; after you have been fully evaluated and treated if necessary by your physician. Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years in china to help with fertility. There are many physicians in the United States practicing medical acupuncture including gynecologists.

Delayed : Delayed fertility is not caused by the way the ovaries are tilted. While it is a delicate, miraculous process how the egg finds the opening of the fallopian tube, unless a patient has had surgery, had endometriosis, infection leading to scar tissue, or radiation- the ovarian position does not play a role. "fertility" pills to increase the chances of getting pregnant if the problem is a patient is not ovulating- dropping an egg. Making an appropriate diagnosis as to why a patient isn't getting pregnant is important before offerting solutions. I would recommend seeing a gynecologist that is comfortable with managing fertility questions or seek the care of an endocrine/infertility specialist. At times this is not well covered by insurance plans. Ask first. Good luck. Dr n gyn at www.Drngyn.Com.
