My 4 month baby is breathing 54 breaths a min is this normal! he hasnt been feeding that well today and very clingly?! please help!

Respirations: The breathing rate is normal. Perhaps she maybe developing an infection that is causing the feeding problem and being clingy. I recommend just observing her for now. Bring her to the doctor if the breathing runs faster and she becomes more irritable.
