Yes: Frequently babies breath faster and make a little sr ound when feeding, they have to coordinate breathing and swallowing, so little noise is normal. Choking or sweating, on the other hand, may mean lack of coordination or a number of possible anatomical or functional alterations or a heart problem

Babies: Breath faster in general but rarely over 80 breaths a minute. Some babies are noisy feeders. It depends on the type of noise and their exam that makes it normal or abnormal. Make sure he/she is able to breath through the nose. An air conditioner should not cause breathing problems more so with feeding. All the best and if in doubt have it checked.
