I have diabetes,renal failure,gout & thyroid.i had a gout flare up and took colchicine 3x daily x4 days.then 2x daily x5 days, started muscle cramps. stopped 4 days ago. muscles in arms and legs very stiff and sore. can't walk. what can be the issue?

Colchicine/muscle : Call your primary care provider today to be evaluated. Colchicine can cause neuromuscular toxicity and rarely muscle loss -rhabdomyolysis .This may be exacerbated if you kidney have suboptimal function as you have.
