Interaction: Your pharmacist can be very helpful in answering any questions related to your medications. If you're under effective treatment for gout, you shouldn't have any gout flares. If you do and only took colchicine for a few doses,I wouldn't expect a major problem because you also take xarelto daily. Your pharmacist can confirm this for you.
